The location of this hotel is simply fantastic, as it is situated very close to both the city center and the central station. This made it incredibly easy for me to travel via both buses and trains. The hotel room itself was very well-equipped, with a teapot and coffee provided, which was a really nice touch. The view from the window was also quite lovely, as I could see a windmill from it. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options and I was able to find something to my liking. The fresh waffles were definitely a standout and I couldn't resist going back for seconds. Overall, I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the city.

The hotel was very well located in the centre of Leiden. It had secure storage for the six bikes belonging to our party and our room was exactly what we booked. Unfortunately, the two twin rooms which were booked for the four guys travelling with us were no longer available when we arrived at the hotel. Apparently there was a problem with the air conditioning so the rooms were taken out of commission. However, this was not really acceptable as it meant the guys were transferred to rooms with a double bed which, to say the least, was awkward for them. I can't understand why the hotel didn't contact us to explain about the changes and we could have taken the opportunity to alter our booking.

Chas

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient localisation just opposite to the central train station. Two supermarkets nearby. It is necessary to scan the room key for extra security before being able to enter the elevator and the stair case to the rooms. The garage costs 16€ per night and is just a 5 minute walk away. The room has a very big shower, AC and big windows. Although we had the "do not disturb" sign out one day, we still found a paper bag with fresh towels and cups in front of our door.

Heidi

The room was very functional, the shower was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Even though it is across from the main railway station, the room was very quiet. There was very little noise generally and the air-conditioning unit was quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We took advantage of the left luggage room on our last day. We had breakfast in the hotel on the last day, there was a good selection of food.

Nora

The location was perfect, just in front of the train and bus station, and at a short walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was really good, not with a huge variety (not necessary at all), but the quality was very good. The checkout at 12 is also quite late compared to usual time. The room was quite and silent, I didn't hear my neighbors or other noises (this happens to me very often and it's not pleasant...).
